New Policies for 2025
We would like to share several important updates regarding our contracts, services and policies that will take effect starting January 1, 2025. Please take a moment to review these changes.
North America
Primavera Coffee LLC
Coffee Scoring
Due to the natural variations in coffee, we will continue to allow a margin of ±0.75 points in our coffee scoring to maintain consistent quality.
Contract Options
We are introducing three types of contracts for more flexibility in your orders:
SAS PSS: Subject to pre-shipment sample approval.
SAS Arrival: Subject to approval of the arrival sample.
SAS, Replace: If the arrival sample isn’t approved, coffee will be replaced from another lot.
Credit Card Fees
A 3% fee will apply to all credit card transactions to support ongoing service quality. We are also introducing ACH payments via GoCardless for easier processing.
Handling Fee for Small Releases
A US$30 fee will be applied for releases of 3 or fewer bags from a single lot. Orders of 4 or more bags will not incur this fee.
Late Payment Penalties
A 1% monthly interest charge will apply to overdue invoices. Accounts unpaid for 90 days may incur third-party collection costs.
Credit Policy
Credit terms will be reassessed if two invoices are overdue by more than 20 days, or one invoice is overdue by more than 40 days.
Return Policy
We will accept returns and provide refunds for unopened bags within two weeks. Opened bags with less than 200 grams used and resealable can also be returned.
